Virtue and a Sledgehammer guides
Updated 2026-10-29
Steam does not publish a text walkthrough. The pages below are built from review descriptions public full-game video frames and chapter titles, and attributed public route notes. Where a step would need a room-by-room map, the cell is empty.
How the hammer works
SmashPad says one button does three things: a tap shoves, a hold swings sideways, a longer hold is the overhead smash. Screen Rant says there is no running, jumping, or climbing. SmashPad adds no dodge and no sprint. Charge time is a few seconds. 3DM says there are no puzzle rooms or minigames. Full controller support is on the Steam page. I have not seen an official control diagram, so this is a press description, not a key map.
SteamDeckHQ says you cannot die: health runs out and you continue without losing progress. That is one source. I am not writing it as a universal rule.
